E' triste vedere che DxOmark ignori completamente il Foveon.

Unfortunately, we won't be able to provide you with a more satisfying answer than the one that was already givent to you.
The reason why we do not support X-trans sensors is quite simple: these sensors are worked differently than the typical Bayer sensor. DxOMark modeled its laboratories around this model for its procedures, protocols, tests and evaluations.
Through these, we are able to obtain the results we have in DxO Labs software, as well as the accuracy of the testing on DxOMark.com.
That being said, Fuji’s sensor would call for us having to rethink the strategy, layout, protocols and procedures for our testing here, to bring the absolute best testing quality, and the best treatment of the photos taken with Fuji - not just offer a vague support by DxO Labs software. And while we don’t at all ignore the desire for photographers to have Fiju gear tested, for the moment it is unfortunately not in our plans.

a prescindere dall'errore credo abbia dato una risposta quasi scontata..... hanno calibrato e impiantato la metodologia sui sensori di uso comune..... io credo abbiano anche testato foveon e x-trans e on pubblichino i risultati perchè, se dovessero essere onesti, credo potrebbero essere imbarazzanti per molte grandi case.

Bravo. 

Come ho scritto prima (nel forum DxOMark), è scomodo fare una valutazione sul Foveon. Un'azienda triste insomma.

  però ho l'impressione che loro guardino alla resa complessiva dei sensori, quindi anche agli alti iso....e mi sembra che il foveon anche della dp4, a voler essere ottimisti, non fora il muro dei 1600 iso....però il fatto che non testino l'xtrans della fuji è davvero grave...in quel caso, agli iso medi ed alti, le cose stanno diversamente...
